Qtego is always looking for ways to further streamline the user experience. And now, users can create a profile and register for events as they purchase their event tickets.
My Profile = Effortless Guest Registration
To save time, guests have the choice to set up their profile and register for your event ahead of the event date. Once a supporter’s profile is in the Qtego system, they never have to create one again. Their “My Profile” information is securely stored and can be accessed to bid, donate or register for ANY Qtego event. That means that even when you have multiple fundraising events throughout the year, supporters simply access their “My Profile” settings for a seamless registration and giving experience.
Only 1 User Profile + No Required Passwords
Once a guest registers for any Qtego event, they never have to set up another account or remember a password! Through two-factor authentication — for enhanced online security — users simply verify their identity using their phone number and a code texted to their mobile device.
Multi-Event Functionality
Only Qtego allows your supporters to participate in multiple, simultaneous events under one user profile. If your donors want to give to multiple events happening simultaneously, they can. Our new “Switch Event” feature sets up your donors for a secure, seamless experience where they can switch from one Qtego-managed event to another without logging out, revising payment information, re-registering or missing an opportunity to support the causes they care about.

New Customized Giving Crawlers
Build anticipation and excitement with an End-of-Night crawler! Watch donations grow as guests can see in real-time how their dollars make a difference toward reaching your big goal. With a crawler, you can combine totals from various fundraising sources and thank donors. In 2023, Qtego developed new elegant designs and animations to be unveiled in 2024.
Credit Card Transactions — Perfected
Qtego continues to make the check-out experience faster and better for donors and organizations. User receipts have a fresh design, optimized across all devices. More detailed information on receipts can make your post-event accounting more insightful. Our new easy signature feature allows donors to sign a receipt BEFORE processing payment in case you want transaction approval. And if a card is declined, guests are automatically notified to update their payment information.
